Eligibility and Permitted Use

Trade Marks and User Content

The name "TC Game," its logo, and all related marks displayed on the Site are registered or unregistered trade marks of TC Game. Nothing on the Site grants any licence to use these marks without our express written permission. If you submit any content to the Site, you grant TC Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site, and you warrant that doing so will not infringe any third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

TC Game expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Exclusion of Damages and Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, TC Game, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if TC Game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, TC Game's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to TC Game in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
